Claudine’s Clean Energy Balls

Meet your new, yummy, healthy treat!  I usually double this recipe because these go FAST!

Instructions

  1. Stir together nut butter, honey, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well-combined.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes to make it easier to form balls (you can skip this step but be forewarned the mixture will be sticky!)
  4. Form into 1 to 1 ½-inch balls and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
