3/4 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsps Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed
2 tsps Maple Syrup (or to taste)
1 1/2 tsps Cinnamon
3/4 cup Apple (chopped, I like honeycrisp)
Instructions
- Combine oats, almond milk, chia and flax seed in a bowl or jar and whisk or shake until ingredients are well-combined. Let sit 10 minutes and whisk or shake again to fully distribute chia seeds.
- Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon and refrigerate overnight or at least 20 minutes. Enjoy straight out of the fridge or heat up and eat with apple topping. Enjoy!
