Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

3/4 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsps Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Ground Flax Seed
2 tsps Maple Syrup (or to taste)
1 1/2 tsps Cinnamon
3/4 cup Apple (chopped, I like honeycrisp)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia and flax seed in a bowl or jar and whisk or shake until ingredients are well-combined. Let sit 10 minutes and whisk or shake again to fully distribute chia seeds.
  2. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon and refrigerate overnight or at least 20 minutes. Enjoy straight out of the fridge or heat up and eat with apple topping. Enjoy!
