  1. Preheat oven to350-degrees
  2. Oil a muffin pan well or use a silicone muffin “pan”
  3. Whisk wet ingredients (milk through vanilla) in a large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients (baking powder through oats) until well combined. Add in 1 cup of grapes and incorporate into the mix.
  4. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and garnish with additional grapes.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until set
