Sparkling Pomegranate Mocktail

Sparkling Pomegranate Mocktail

Ever want a cocktail but don’t want the icky feelings that come with it?

Or you just don’t want all the fuss that comes with “mixology”??

Well this elegant-looking Sparkling Pomegranate Mocktail may look fancy but it actually comes together in 2 minutes or less.  No mess, no fuss, and no headache the next day!

How to make the BEST Sparkling Pomegranate Mocktails

Orange Blossom Water

I love, love, LOVE the flavor this orange blossom water adds to the mocktail.  A bit of orange but JUST like the smell of a blooming orange tree – in liquid form!  If you can’t find it, try using an orange-flavored sparkling water like this one.  Just make sure it’s unsweetened or you use it in place of the cider.

A Bit of Bubbly

Nothing says “cocktail” like a bit of bubbly!  Because we’re avoiding the hangover, we’re choosing Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider or some sparkling water.  If you don’t have the orange blossom water, feel free to use this orange-flavored sparkling water in place of or in addition to the cider.  Taste as you go and make it your own!

Pomegranate-Tastic!

Living in California’s Central Valley – where Pomegranate trees are in everyone’s backyard – I have come to learn a LOT about pomegranates and pomegranate juice!  So, first off: you want to go organic, whenever possible.  Choosing a pomegranate juice that doesn’t have any extra junk in it is also super important.  I like the flavor and freshness of the Pom Wonderful brand juice (this post is not sponsored by them but it is bottled locally!).

However you choose to make them, be sure to use a beautiful champagne coupe or flute to make it feel like an event!  And enjoy the festivities
